Gua Sha techniques have been performed for centuries in Traditional Chinese Medicine as a way to encourage circulation and unblock energy flows. Today, Gua Sha is also used to visibly depuff and sculpt skin. HOW TO USE
1- Cleanse skin.
2- Apply your skincare routine, ending with your favorite N&T Face Oil.
3- Hold the Gua Sha at an angle, starting at your neck, and swipe it upward using light to medium pressure, moving from collarbone to earlobe. Repeat on the other side.
4- Next, use the notch to move the Gua Sha along the jawline to the base of the ear. Repeat on the other side.
5- Use the long edge to drag the Gua Sha upward along your cheekbone to the ear. Lightly sweep the tool along your eyebrow until you reach the hairline. Repeat on the other side.
6- Lastly, drag the long edge of the tool up from your eyebrows to the top of your forehead. Repeat on the other side.
