We have your Order History safe and sound, any time you need it. However you made your order(s), with or without an account, we can send you a full copy of your Order History. Your wish is our command! Email us at hello@nakedandthriving.com and we will send it right over to you.
👉 Can I Find My Order History On My Own?
Yes. Just one caveat. When was your order made? Here are the options:

Orders Placed Before August 1
Find your Order History here by logging into your account on our original website.
🧾 New Website
Orders Placed After August 1
Find Your Order History here by logging into your New Account on our new website.
🧾 Checked Out as Guest
If you placed your order as a Guest with no account, contact our team and we will get you squared away.
👉 Will My Order History Exist Forever?
In the next few months, we will close account access to our original site. However, if you want to see what you've ordered in the past, you can always email us at hello@nakedandthriving.com.
💕 Where Do I Find My Subscription?
Your Subscription details are safely stored in your original account here.
At this time, this is the only place you need to go to view your Subscription order history or manage your Subscription. You will receive your products as scheduled.
💕 When Will I See My Subscription On The NEW Site?
We are in the process of smoothly transitioning your Subscription to our new site. We will be in touch soon with updates about when and how you can manage your Subscription here. In the meantime, you can access your Subscription on your existing account. And with any questions, always feel free to ask our Customer Experience team. We've got you covered!
💕 Is My Subscription Still Active?
Yes! Your Subscription is up and running so you don't need to do anything. We're in the process of migrating it to our fancy new website. In the meantime, rest assured you'll receive all of your Subscription products as scheduled.
