- We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50. For orders under $50, shipping is $5. Orders typically ship within 6-10 business days.
- Need it sooner? Expedited shipping is available for $15, with orders typically shipping within 3-5 business days. Please note: deliveries to PO Boxes, PR, and GU are not eligible for expedited shipping.
APO, FPO, and DPO Addresses
- We are glad to ship to military addresses via USPS. These orders qualify for standard shipping, though delivery may take up to 21 days due to military handling times.
International
- We ship worldwide! International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping option you choose.
- Orders are sent via DHL eCommerce or DHL Express, depending on your preference.

When Returns or Refunds May Not Be Possible
Our goal is to help you find the right skincare for you. In some cases, though, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements. These include situations where:
– A package is refused by the customer at delivery.
– A package is refused by the customer at delivery due to high duties and taxes.
– A package is not picked up from a local post office or holding facility.
– A package cannot clear customs due to local restrictions.
– Items are confiscated by customs.
– The shipping address provided was incomplete or incorrect.
– The order is already in transit.
– A package is affected by carrier issues, such as being:
- Marked as delivered but not received
- Reported lost or stolen
- Returned to sender

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
We hope you love your Naked & Thriving skincare, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. If you’re not completely satisfied, let us know within 30 days of receiving your package. We’ll gladly assist with a refund or exchange. Just email us at [email protected], or use the contact form to receive a return label for your purchase.
Return Guidelines
- Products must be at least 50% full to qualify for return. (We are unable to accept nearly empty bottles or containers filled with other products.)
- Only items purchased directly from nakedandthriving.com are eligible.
- If your order included a complimentary gift, it must be returned as well.
- Partial returns of sets are not accepted. The complete set must be returned.
- Returns must be received at our facility within 2 weeks of the return label being issued.
- Refunds exclude shipping costs, customs/duties, gift wrapping charges, and any other additional fees.
- We do not offer refunds for personal damage (e.g., dropped, spilled, or misused items).
- Items purchased from other retailers cannot be returned through us.
Domestic Orders (United States):
We are unable to refund return shipping charges as these are paid directly to the carrier.
– All returns must be received at our facility within 2 weeks of the return label being emailed. Otherwise, a full refund may not be authorized.
- Once we receive the returned product, please allow our fulfillment team at least 14 business days to process your return.
International

I DID NOT RECEIVE EMAILS.
As soon as your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email from Naked & Thriving. Once your order is processed (typically within 1–2 business days), it will be handed to the carrier. Once they scan your package, you’ll receive a separate email with tracking info.
If you haven’t received either email, here’s what to check:
- Junk or spam folders: sometimes our emails get filtered there.

WHAT IS SHIP-INSURE?
Users have the option of including protection to their order for a fee. Ship-Insure covers the cost of one (1) replacement shipment if the shipment is lost, stolen, or damaged and is within the replaceable time ranges.
Replacement orders will be sent using the same shipping method as the original unless an alternative shipping method is requested and any difference in shipping costs is paid for by the customer.
Please note that it is at the sole discretion of Naked & Thriving to determine if a shipment is covered. This policy is subject to updates, changes, and cancellation at any time. Ship-Insure is non-refundable.
Ship-Insure covers one (1) replacement if a package is lost, stolen, or damaged. If, for any reason, the customer requires more than one replacement, the full retail and shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

Ship-Insure – Lost Shipments
Shipments are deemed lost if the shipment is not delivered and the tracking information does not show it as delivered after 30 days for destinations within the United States and after 45 days for international shipments. For shipments that are lost Naked & Thriving must be notified within 45 days of purchase in order to receive a replacement for orders within the United States and within 60 days of purchase for international shipments.
Ship-Insure – Stolen Shipments
For shipments that are stolen Naked & Thriving must be notified within 21 days of delivery in order to receive a replacement. Packages are deemed stolen if they have not arrived 7 days after they are marked as delivered. Shipments with a retail value of $150 USD or more that are stolen will require a police report for the replacement.
Ship-Insure – Damaged Shipments
For shipments that are damaged Naked & Thriving must be notified within 7 days of the date of delivery in order to receive a replacement. Only items that are damaged will be replaced. Damaged items are defined as products that have incurred damage that prohibit the proper and safe use of the products. In certain instances Naked & Thriving may request certain items returned so they can be inspected and used to prevent future damages. For damaged shipments please include images of the damaged products in the order that show the inability to be used properly and safely.
Ship-Insure – Other
This policy is subject to updates and changes at any time. If an order is marked delivered, but you have not received it please allow 3-4 business days for it to arrive. Without acceptable evidence it will be up to the sole discretion of Naked & Thriving to determine if a shipment is covered.
Ship-Insure – Cost
The cost of Ship-Insure is determined at checkout and is based on the retail value and shipping address of the shipment. Ship-Insure is non-refundable.

WHY WAS MY PAYMENT DECLINED?
We know declined payments can be frustrating. Here are the most common reasons a transaction might not go through:
- Incorrect CVV or Expiration Date Double-check your card’s security code and expiration date. If either is entered incorrectly or has expired, the bank may decline the payment for security reasons.
- Billing Address Mismatch If the billing address doesn’t match what your bank has on file, the transaction may be flagged as potential fraud. If this happens, the charge might show up briefly but will be automatically reversed.
- Insufficient Funds The payment will not be processed if the card does not have a sufficient balance at the time of payment. You can try again once funds are available.

WHAT IS A PRODUCT COMPATABILITY PATCH TEST?
Because every skin type is unique, we recommend performing a simple patch test when trying a new product. Apply a small amount to a discreet area of skin, such as the inner arm, and wait 24 hours. If no reaction occurs, you can begin regular use. If you notice redness or irritation, discontinue use and consult a healthcare provider if needed.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A SERUM AND A FACE OIL?
Our serums are lightweight, water-based formulas designed to absorb quickly and deliver a surge of deep-reaching hydration. Our serums layer easily and help support a healthy, radiant complexion.
Our face oils are a rich blend of nourishing botanicals, designed to work along the skin’s surface, helping to lock in moisture, soften skin, and support the natural barrier.
Pro Tip: For best results, apply your serum first, allow it to fully absorb, then follow with your face oil to seal everything in.
WHAT DO YOU MEAN WHEN YOU SAY YOU USE CLEAN, ORGANIC, NATURAL, AND NATURALLY-DERIVED INGREDIENTS? WHAT DO YOU MEAN WHEN YOU SAY YOU FORMULATE WITHOUT SYNTHETIC INGREDIENTS?
We know terms like “clean” and “natural” are often used loosely, so we are careful to define them clearly.
Our ingredient standards are guided by the international ISO 16128-1 framework, which sets definitions for natural and naturally derived materials. As a baseline, we only use ingredients that meet these global standards — and we always avoid harsh synthetics.
But we don’t stop there. We also consider how each botanical is grown, harvested, and sourced. Whenever possible, we choose ingredients that are:
- Organic – Grown using organic farming practices
- Locally sourced – To help reduce environmental impact
- Upcycled – Giving new life to byproducts that would otherwise go to waste
This approach reflects our commitment to skincare that’s naturally derived, good for your glow, and made with the earth in mind.
HOW DO I APPLY FACE OIL?
Start with freshly cleansed skin. If you’re using a serum, apply it first. Place 2–4 drops of oil onto your fingertips, gently rub them together to warm, then press the oil onto your face and neck. For an optional step, apply to slightly damp skin. This can help the oil lock in moisture and boost glow.
Let the oil absorb for a few minutes before applying moisturizer or makeup.
You can adjust the number of drops based on what your skin needs that day.
WHAT TIME OF DAY SHOULD I APPLY FACE OIL?
Most people use face oils at night as the final step in their routine to help seal in moisture and support overnight renewal.
Face oils can also be used in the morning, after cleansing and applying other skincare, but before SPF. Just allow a few minutes for the oil to absorb before layering sunscreen or makeup.
Ultimately, the best time of day to apply a face oil depends on your skin type and preferences. Some people choose to use oils both morning and night, while others find that nighttime use alone feels sufficient.
CAN I WEAR MAKEUP OVER FACE OIL?
Yes! Our face oils layer beautifully under makeup. We recommend using only a few drops and waiting a few minutes so it can fully absorb. If necessary, you can blot any excess. This helps makeup glide on smoothly—no unwanted shine, just a natural, healthy glow.
WILL FACE OIL MAKE ME BREAK OUT?
Not necessarily. Many people use face oils without blemishes, but it really depends on your skin type and the specific ingredients in the formula. Our face oils are formulated with botanicals selected to be non-comedogenic and suitable for most skin types—even sensitive or blemish-prone. Because every skin type is unique, we recommend starting with a patch test to see how your skin responds
CAN I USE FACE OIL ON OILY SKIN?
Yes! And the right face oil might even help balance your complexion. When applied correctly and formulated with non-comedogenic botanicals (as ours are), face oils can help maintain balanced hydration without clogging pores. If your skin is oily, start with just a drop or two, allow it to absorb fully, and see how your skin responds. As with any new product, we recommend performing a patch test first.
WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF YOUR PRODUCTS & HOW SHOULD I STORE THEM?
Shelf life varies by product type and formula, but in general unopened products are best used within 12–18 months. Once opened, the majority of our products are freshest within 6–12 months.
To help maintain freshness and potency, we recommend storing all products in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat.
Once opened, we suggest using:
- Cleansers, Serums, Face & Body Oils: within 12 months
- Eye Creams & Face Creams: within 6 months

SHOULD I USE SPF?
Yes! Every day. Dermatologists recommend using a broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher daily to help protect your skin from sunburn and visible signs of sun exposure.
Apply SPF as the final step in your morning routine, after your serums, creams, or face oil. And don’t forget to reapply as directed, especially if you’ll be spending time outdoors.

WHAT IS PROP 65?
Required Warning for Consumers in California
For certain essential oils sold to California residents, Naked & Thriving includes a warning on each essential oil’s product page indicating that the product contains constituents identified in Proposition 65. Although our products are considered safe, Naked & Thriving, along with all companies selling in California, is required to provide this warning to comply with the controversial California law known as Prop 65. Such warnings are commonly seen on all types of products in California. No other State has such a law.
Proposition 65 is a California law enacted in 1986 that requires cancer and birth defect risk warnings on products containing any of the 900+ substances listed by the State of California (see http://oehha.ca.gov/proposition-65/proposition-65-list). The warning is required in many cases even if the substance is found in extremely minute, trace amounts that fall far below FDA and World Health Organization Guidelines. In fact, Prop 65 requires the warning unless the exposure to the chemical is at least 1,000 times lower than the level of exposure that has been scientifically shown to have no negative effect on humans or animals.
Are Naked & Thriving Essential Oils Safe To Use?
Yes! Naked & Thriving uses natural ingredients that are considered safe and follow strict testing and quality assurance protocols. It’s only natural to find some scientifically-proven safe traces of naturally occurring properties that happen to be listed on Prop 65 in natural products. Please rest assured that you can continue to safely use Naked & Thriving’s essential oils.
