Naked & Thriving Tiered Subscription Referral Program Terms & Conditions

As a Naked & Thriving Tiered Subscription Referral Program Referrer (an “Advocate”), you are subject to Naked & Thriving’s Terms of Use and Naked & Thriving’s Privacy Policy (both available on our website), as well as the following additional Terms & Conditions for Naked & Thriving’s Tiered Subscription Referral Program:

Qualified Referral. A Qualified Referral is defined as an online purchase of a product subscription made at www.NakedAndThriving.com by a person (a “Referred Friend”) who arrives at our website by clicking your unique Referral Program link within 30 days of receipt of referral invitation. Referred Friend must complete the sign-up form and complete a product subscription purchase within the same session to receive their $10 Credit to be automatically applied to each of their first three (3) subscription orders (a total Credit of $30). No promo code is required for redemption. If the Referred Friend does not complete their product subscription purchase in the same session, the Advocate will not be credited for that referral and will not be eligible for the Referral Reward, even if the Referred Friend subsequently places an eligible order. You are limited to one (1) Qualified Referral for each Referred Friend; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a Referred Friend are not counted as additional Qualified Referrals. Advocate may refer up to 3 Referred Friends for the Tiered Subscription Referral offer. The Tiered Subscription Referral Program begins February 18, 2026 at 12:00AM EST and ends March 18, 2026 at 11:59PM EST, during which time the Advocate may be capable of submitting referrals. Referred Friends then have 30 days to complete a product subscription purchase following your referred link in order to qualify. 

Referred Friend. The Referred Friend and the Advocate cannot be the same person (for example, by using a different email address). The Referred Friend may be a current customer of www.NakedAndThriving.com (i.e., has made a purchase at www.NakedAndThriving.com within the last 12 months). The Referred Friend cannot have an active product subscription from www.NakedAndThriving.com within the last 12 months (i.e., is considered to be a “new” subscriber). The Referred Friend may be an individual living in the same household as the Advocate.

Referral Rewards. For you to earn Referral Rewards as an Advocate, the Referred Friend must complete a new product subscription order following the unique link from your referral email. Referred Friend cannot cancel their subscription within 30 days of initial purchase in order for you (the Advocate) to receive your Referral Reward. Only one (1) Referral Reward will be awarded per Qualified Referral.

Referral Rewards. Each Reward will be distributed to the Advocate in the form of a Credit that will automatically be applied to future orders of the Advocate’s active product subscription (distributed in increments of $10 per subscription order, a Credit totaling up to $50) within 30 days from receipt of Referral Reward. No promo code is required for redemption. The Referral Rewards are earned and distributed as follows:

• If a new subscription order is completed by one (1) Referred Friend using the unique link from your referral email, you (the Advocate) will receive a $10 Credit that will be automatically applied to each of your next three (3) subscription orders (a total Credit of $30).

• If a new subscription order is completed by two (2) Referred Friends using the unique link from your referral email, you (the Advocate) will receive a $10 Credit that will be automatically applied to each of your next four (4) subscription orders (a total Credit of $40).

 

 

• If a new subscription order is completed by three (3) Referred Friends using the unique link from your referral email, you (the Advocate) will receive a $10 Credit that will be automatically applied to each of your next five (5) subscription orders (a total Credit of $50).
  
  Each Reward has a one-time redeemable value. Rewards cannot be applied to non-subscription purchases, Gift Card purchases, or previous purchases. Other exclusions may apply. Rewards are nontransferable. Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash or cash equivalent. Each $10 Credit rewarded will be redeemed in full and cannot be split across multiple orders. More than one Reward cannot be redeemed in a single subscription order. Standard terms apply to shipping and returns. The maximum Qualified Referrals earned per calendar year may be no more than 3 Qualified Referrals. As an Advocate, you are responsible for any and all tax liability resulting from Referral Rewards. 
  
  Eligibility. Eligibility is limited to individuals only. Naked & Thriving’s Tiered Subscription Referral Program cannot be used by businesses for affiliate lead generation as determined in Naked & Thriving’s sole discretion. Advocates must be an active subscriber who completes the Referral Program sign-up process. You may not participate in the Tiered Subscription Referral Program where doing so would be prohibited by any applicable law or regulations.
  
  No Spam. You must comply with all up-to-date “SPAM” laws. For example, emails must be created and distributed in a personal manner and bulk email distribution is strictly prohibited. Any distribution of your unique Referral Link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or “spam” under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of your account and exclusion from Naked & Thriving’s Tiered Subscription Referral Program.
  
  Naked & Thriving reserves the right to review, investigate, revoke, or refuse to issue Referral Rewards, deactivate Referral Links, and suspend Advocates or Referred Friends or their accounts, in the event that we identify behavior we believe to be abusive, fraudulent, or not aligned with the spirit of the Tiered Subscription Referral Program, including referrals that we suspect were generated through improper channels or in violation of these Referral Terms, such as:

• Attempts to gain Referral Reward(s) through self-referral by opening multiple accounts using different email addresses or by adding identical payment methods to multiple accounts;

• Referral Reward gained by referring customers through paid advertising, sponsored links, posting to commercial sites, or spamming.
  
  Right to Close Accounts. Naked & Thriving reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Advocate and/or Referred Friend and to request proper payment if the Advocate and/or Referred Friend attempts to use the Naked & Thriving Tiered Subscription Referral Program in a questionable manner, breaches any of these Terms & Conditions, or is in violation of any law, statute, or governmental regulation.
  
  Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms. Naked & Thriving reserves the right to cancel or suspend the Tiered Subscription Referral Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. We may suspend or terminate an individual’s ability to participate in the Tiered Subscription Referral Program at any time for any reason. Any unclaimed Referral Rewards will be forfeited at that time.
